Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. Galvanni cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.

Non-delivery or wrong address information provided

We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address/phone number or incomplete.

If the package has been restored several times after unsuccessfully delivery (due to your absence or you provided a delivery address/phone number incorrect or incomplete us), we will reduce our return expenses from your refund.

Please be advised, we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from Galvanni or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Galvanni. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
